Max Li is the founder of Grassrootech and a technologist, educator, and entrepreneur based in Greater Boston. He brings a practical, systems-minded approach to helping organizations use AI to create stronger digital experiences and solve real business problems. Through BizAI, Max helps leaders turn curiosity about AI into useful, responsible action—grounded in learning, experimentation, and the needs of the business.

Thomas Duclos is a cofounder of BizAI and Director of Business Development at Ground Care Landscaping, where he connects sales strategy, operational systems, organizational knowledge, and real-world execution. He holds a Master of Library and Information Studies in Digital Stewardship from The University of Alabama, bringing an information-literacy and knowledge-management perspective to responsible AI adoption. His work with BizAI focuses on helping small and midsized business leaders move from experimenting with AI to developing practical organizational capability. Thom advocates for Assisted Intelligence—using AI to strengthen inquiry, decision-making, and continuous improvement while keeping people accountable for judgment and outcomes.

Richard (Guibin) Li is a serial entrepreneur and full-stack technologist with more than 25 years of software development experience and 11 years building and operating technology ventures. He founded and led a pioneering ride-hailing platform that expanded across multiple cities, reached millions of users, and was ultimately acquired. He has also built education-management software for colleges and high schools and founded a bilingual developer training program that trained more than 5,000 students. As cofounder of BizAI, he brings a practical builder’s perspective to helping business leaders translate emerging technology into purposeful, real-world capability. Richard holds graduate degrees in engineering and physics and pursued PhD studies in computer science. A published poet and bilingual English-Mandarin communicator, he brings together technology, entrepreneurship, education, and cross-cultural experience.
